The rules state that Vehicles can pivot depending on their move speed+ additionally depending on their type

1) When do they have to pivot? Beginning of the move? Middle-move? At the end? It states that Jetbikes can pivot at any point.

2) When performing Move Actions can the vehicle go less then 1x/2x/3x their movement? It says nothing about "up to".
Can you Make a Combat Move (2x) with movement 4 and go 4 inches and pivot 90 degrees?

3) Walkers have additional 90 degree pivot. When can this be done? Any point of Movement? Start/End?

no one can answer this questions? or at least give me and the op a hint where to find the answer because there is no clear answer to this in the rules or the faq.

a.d.1 You can pivot any time during a move.

a.d.2 MV (movement value) x1, MVx2 and for vehicles MVx3 is a maximum move distance You can more spending 1, 2 or 3 AP.

I was on the SPIEL in essen and asked the guys at the Prodos booth.
Depend on which type of movement you choose u have one pivot up to the specific degree in the used movement (tactical 45, combat 90 etc..).
So basically without pivoting your vehicle will move straight forward and at any time during this move can make a pivot to change the direction of your movement.
And for walkers they have one 90 degree pivot extra for free... so they could change their direction twice in a move action
