Alakai's Summon the Darkness reduces the LOS to 18". Atilla Unblinking Eye ignores any reduction to range of the weapon. In this case, I assume that Unblinking Eye does not undo the Summon the Darkness. Is this correct?

I expect it just the other way around. There are almost no LOS reductions in normal game play.

Blinking eye ignores penalties to *range*
Summoning the darkness modifies *line of sight*

So unblinking eye has no effect on summoning the darkness.

No active abilities can ignore summoning the darkness, it says so in its rules.

The reason this came up in a game is that the descriptions of Summoning of Darkness and Unblinking Eye both make exclusive statements - sorta "an irresistible force versus immovable object" situation. The Unblinking Eye says "Squad can ignore any Strategy Cards, Tactical Cards, Passive and Active Skills that reduce their Ranged Weapons Range."

But still, apples and oranges mate. Range and LoS aren't the same.
