The (infantry) miniatures from Prodos Games are supplied with 35mm 'lipped' bases.

Thats just the base size though, what about the actually miniatures?

I think the old models are chunkier, but slightly shorter.

Firstly the IP holder hasn't changed - it's still Paradox. Prodos just have rights to use it.

And as has been stated given PA or only selling previous stock I don't see this being an issue in any case.

So what happens to the Prince August Warzone stock?

Can they keep selling if the IP is owned by someone else?

There are a few places around that still have old stuff hanging around collecting dust. I'm sure Prince August is probably doing searches to buy up in bulk when they find leads on ebay or such places or solicit other stores. It is sometimes better to sell at loss then keep it to collect dust and Prince August has found a way to move the old models with WZR coming out. My personal benefit is the more I sell off of my left-overs is that I can invest more into the kickstarter! Plus I've been able to help a few friends along the way.
