Hi,
at first in the forum LEAD ADVENTURE and then on Facebook, I read the news of the rebirth of the beautiful series of Warzone miniatures, and it made me very happy, although I have never played this game.
I am one of the editors of the site NARAN TEAM TURIN, dedicated to the expansion of the wargame FANTASY WARRIORS. This game, created in the '80s by the englishman Nick Lund for the american company GRENADIER, is now owned by the italian company (Florence) MIRLITON. By Mr. Grazzini, owner of the Mirliton, we had permission to leave in our site also our homemade version of Fantasy Warriors for free download for all.
From the Rules of this fantasy game, we we then prepared a version for a futuristic wargame, for which, as for the fantasy version, you can use any miniatures it is possible to find on the market, including those of Warzone.
About Warzone, the discovery of this series we did a few years ago, when it was leaving the market, thanks to a friend of ours who had several miniatures and he would like to play them against our armies essentially based on GW miniatures (Warhammer 40 K). This gave rise to some of our futiristic Naran armies, including Units and Individuals based on Warzone miniatures, integrated with those of GW and of other companies.
In the images of these battles you can clearly see the old Warzone miniatures:
