So we have Heretics, Marionettes, Malignants and Villains with the last two confirmed but no renders yet.

From the looks you should be able to make a small Heretic army from what is going to be released and then incorporate whatever you want into an existing Legion army for something pretty unique. The only mystery besides fluff on the new units will be actual rules and point costs.

So anyone else thinking of getting some of the Legion minis from the MC RPG kick?

I'm looking at getting the Minis from the KS (of course it would be nice if I had my WZR figures 1st  )

It looks like they are going to do some interesting figures did you take part in the poll for the minis for each of the factions?

Yep did the survey for the RPG character minis...tried to pick non-soldier types like Pilgrims, Homebuilders and Technicians, ect. I like the idea of each faction being able to field the "ordinary" people in small games and then whip out the big guns for larger battles.

I know there will be a RPG character to Warzone hero conversion but hoping the custom Warlord/Hero part of WZR gets an option to add faction specific weapons so we can really personalize those models.

I was a bit the same myself Kirt no reason to duplicate minis that are available from the tabletop game there were some interesting choices and as you could only pick 3 in each category it was hard for some factions :(

So what did you pick for your three choices? I picked the following:

Imperial:
Gentleman of the old school
Conquistador
Trencher
Relatively easy, don't know why I chose the trencher though, Prodos will probably release those with imperial anyway.

Bauhaus:
Homebuilder
Templar
Noble Airfleet officer (Custom I'm still hoping to see more of Luc Piquarde)
Hard there were at least two more choices I wanted.

Capitol:
Freehold Colonist (I thought Capitol's colonists were called Pioneers?)
Media Star
Reporter
Fairly easy, maybe one or two more interesting choices.

Mishima:
Shadow Corp Infiltrator (I'm guessing this is what used to be known only as a spy)
Ronin
Martial Artist
Well I was thinking of the shadow walker but his role was kind of close to the spy and the spy was more different so I went for that.

Cybertronic:
Mirrorman
Field Asset
Technologist
Hardest one, no good choices, there's no point with mindless characters so all robots go at once, most of these choices are already made by Prodos, and why isn't there an option for a hacker and a scientist? I don't know why I didn't add at least one of those.

Brotherhood:
Mortificator
Missionary
Keeper of the art
Relatively easy, the hard part was chosing between mortifactor and inquisitor, they are to similiar (A mortifactor is after all an Inquisitor with special training) to chose both, but eventually I figured that as covert operatives mortifactors fitted an RPG better.

I actually added a third option for Cybertronic. "Cybertronic Doomtrooper, in the same style as Coral Beach/Cyril Dent/Vince Diamond". I miss that there were no Cybertronic Doomtroopers. I don't know if thats the new continuity, but I liked that all factions had them in the past. Even Mishima has them in this iteration (Tatsumoto and Captain Hiroko). I know Cybertronic weren't as present in the Cartel as the rest of the factions, but they at least provided Doomtroopers as propaganda, and scouting out new potential members to the corp.

Oh I missed that Cybertronic no longer has doomtroopers, yes I agree they should have. Maybee they were to busy adding Diana clones. And here's out chance at getting a third one. How wonderful! (Yes I'm ironic)

Also that category was hard since Chasseurs, Armoured Chasseurs and Mirrormen are basically the same things with different equipment.

Oh I don't know if they have them or not. I know the only faction without a warlord/lord with the "Doomtrooper" rule in Warzone is Cybertronic.

Ok, here goes mine. Not 100% sure of everything I picked as it was a few days ago and I did it in a hurry :)

Imperial: Conquistador, Free Trader, ISC Field Agent
Note sure if I picked free trader.. might as well have taken Entrepreneur, Bureaucrat or Lawyer.

Bauhaus:Noble Officer, Homebuilder, Templar
Lots of other interesting choices as well like scientist and pilgrim

Capitol: Businessman, Veteran with attitude, Luna Police Department Detective
Lots of interesting ones that I thought of picking, like Reporter, Agent and Inmate

Mishima: Shadow Corp Infiltrator, Triad Enforcer, Ronin
Ronin has already been shown, but nonetheless think it is an appropriate PC

Cybertronic: Chasseur, Diana Clone, Technologist
Missed scientis here as well but tech had to do. Common Cyber characters would probably be SWI TIFFs which in that case chasseur is most fitting...and I laso think the new take on Diana could make an interesting PC.

Brotherhood:Revisor, Missionary, Keeper of the Art
Not sure about the missionary. Keeper due to I want the mini in warzone ;) and Revisor is my favourite BH profession (and one of my all time favourite in MC) and the characters should work as any generic character due to it should have nothing that ties them to BH.

btw...I think Mortificators being Inquisitors with special training is a bit of a mix up, aside from helmet design and being part on 2nd directorate they are quite different. Valkyries however are described just as specialised Inquisitors.
