It was not faq on fb. It is a new change thatmakes most ranged (S) Ki not worth using. Ranged Ki got nerfed and they cost AP.
You pay 1 RC per SW to place him on a table. Hotss Pdf got corrected and the latest version is available to download. It is also the same as printed version.
SW deployment - they deploy when You activate them and pay the RC cost OR they are drag out of shadow by enemy models / flamers. It does not cost RC. You can also pay 1 RC to field one SW then use flame template to get remining two out as well.
