Shadow walker whats your uptake on this new figure, I am so pleased with the new. No more scratch builds for this old man just conversions.
Cheers all.

Firstly I love that classic 1ed. fluff is back. Hiroko was just few words note in main rulebook but I never forgot it. Secondly he has great rules and will be worth to field. Thirdly I like his mean, badass pose. Minor thing I would change are shoulderpads.

The new Mishima stuff is really impressive. It has excellent character (that face is amazing) while still feeling like the original stereotypical Space-Japan (well them and the Draconis Combine from BattleTech). They manage to neatly sidestep that feeling that one gets when they have seen style-imitators for decades, then when presented with the original they feel it looks blasé and without impact (see: bullet-time syndrome after the release of The Matrix).

Hiroko looks amazing, the Ronin look amazing and the Meka looks just plain fantastic (again, glad I grabbed two of 'em). I may end up expanding my Mishima stuff faster than my Cybertronic stuff at this rate (though unlikely faster than my Bauhaus stuff).

Can't wait to see the rest of it (especially the Hatamoto). Mishima is setting a really high bar for the line.
