Looking OK. Some bigger pics would help. I can't help noticing the freehand bauhaus symbol is close, but not quite there for precision. I might be able to offer some tips for that.

Actually the cog is molded right on the canopy of the Vulkan.After I get the basing painted,I m going to hit the edges of the Cog with a watered down wash.That should shore up the idiosyncrasies.Thanks for pointing that out,I see it after looking at the photo again.It's hardly noticeable with the thing in your hand,but pictures do not lie. Nice model over all,just getting used to painting with a gritty real world feel.like I said,I am a recovering GW painter...lol!!!My scope of reference for Bauhaus has been pouring over photos of WWI and WWII German infantry and armor...with a handful of grit tossed in,that is the beauty of Warzone.
