and finally, WIP, the Necrobeast. Love this model. Very easy to assemble! I chose blue-grey skin (sharkish) as the main tone which looks cool to me. Next up is lots of leather which I really try to work hard on (there are tons of good tips and tricks out there in the internet with fabulous results...I´ll see if I can copy any of those).

And again: GORE!

That´s it for now. After this is done, I will continue with some Stalkers :)

Great results! How do do you do the dripping gore effect. Seen it a few times on internet but no clear way of doing it.

Also, love the job on Golgotha! Fit's perfectly with the piece of fluff for her in the rulebook!

The Necrobeast looks effen!

For the Blood I used Tamiya Clear Red (acrylic-resin paint), a dip of black and UHU glue. Mix all together (with a toothpick, dont waste your brush here) and apply quickly before it dries.

Nice job on the Legion...looks good.

For more "natural" skin w/ less contrast you need a mid-brown as the base and use the elf flesh as the highlight. Also you can try Reikland Fleshshade for the wash instead of Devlan. Also if your going over black use a foundation paint then the main layer.

I will typically prime models gray unless it's a vehicle or just has lots of armor. This way I can skip the foundation paint and go right to the layer paint. My steps are thus Layer 1 >Wash (low areas) >Layer 1 (raised areas) >Layer 2 (highlight).
