Post subject:  Shooting from engaged tiles

This has been debated a little already but I would like to get these forums warmed up with all the rules queries we can think of because next week we our little shop speaks to Rob at Prodos we can try and find some official answers to them all.

1). Can you fire from an engaged tile? I can't find anywhere in the rules that prohibits the shooting from an engaged tile even though we instinctively played it that way for the first few games. That' what made me think that maybe there might have been something I read, that I just can't find now.

2). If this is how it is supposed to be, does the engaged tile count as "firing through an engaged tile has a -2 RS modifier". That was me quoting the rulebook from memory, so sorry if its slightly wrong.

Page 28 6.4 para one.
Any kind of combat that allows Models to fight and
attack one another while being Engaged with one
another is called Close Combat and requires a successful
Close Combat Skill Test.

Surley thus clearly means you cannot shoot at model in same sqare or are we not bothering with rulebook? "

Bruce that questions the official response, but doesn't answer my questions in OP. Question 1 seems to have been resolved, but question 2 still stands atm. ;)
