Say an alien is on an infected tile, it uses one action to move to an adjacent infected tile. Then with its second action it does the hide action. Is it not the same as skulking advance? What is the benefit of skulking advance? Or even hide for that matter? Yes you inflict a -10 modifier against ranged attacks. It seems you bunch up on an infected tile and stay there. It allows the other factions free run on the board. It let's them have initiative and can flank your infected tile. Anybody have success using hide and skulking advance? How did you make it work?

If enemy has LoS to the infected tile that you want to move to, skulking advance can be used so that you dont reveal your ping token.
