It would be great if Rob or Prodos would collect all Rule Clarifications (FAQs etc.) and to present them in a closed topic (so that nobody can mess around in the topic itself ;) ).

It would help to sort and to link them to the books and pages, too.

It is very time consuming to find the answers and to detect which question is already solved and which one is still open or asked at all :? .

As a good reference I can recommended a similar system like you can find in the "Excelsior Entertainment Forums".

Yep, I will see what I can do.

And now I try to motivate you to start with a FAQ ;-)

Some of the questions that have been answered are being editted into the final release as far as. I understand. Other questions are the type of clarification requests that do not warrant even a FAQ. Also, the F in FAQ stands for frequently. Which is to suggest a topic that often comes up.

I am certain that as of right now, the staff is working hard to get the best release out of the responses to the PDFs as possible. After that final release, I am sure that if Rob doesn't do it, then a poster on here will compile a list of frequently asked questions and put them in one nice little location that the administrators will sticky.

so... about the Free Marines C4 abilities...

does throwing C4 cost any action points? if so how many?
does placing Timed C4 cost action points? if so how many?
is there a limit to the number of timed C4 charges a squad commander can place in a turn? if so what is the limit?
is there a limit to the number of timed C4 charges that can be placed on a single unit? if so what is the limit?

The C4 squad uses 1ap looks like the (g) means grenade rule

Both appear to be shooting actions so 1 C4 for the squad commander and again 1ap

If the skill is Active, but does not state a cost, I would safely assume it costs 1 Res for the time being.

the problem is that the Timed C4 is listed as a passive... wait is it just a modifier for the throw C4 ability? cause if that's the case then it all makes sense with the answers ive gotten already.

ill take that as a yes. I had thought it might have been a typo. might want to include a line at the start that says that says "instead of throwing C4" just so its clear
